Noah's Restaurant in Stonington Borough is celebrating 40 years this year! The owners and staff have been an integral part of the Stonington community since opening. Many of us remember Noah's as a deli (formerly named Ernie's) for it's Portuguese soup and homemade meals from family recipes. In 1980, Ernie's was renamed Noah's and continues to focus on finding the best fresh ingredients and scratch cooking. Everything is made in their little kitchen, on premise, from basic ingredients. How many times have you been to breakfast at Noah's and ordered the Wild Blueberry Pancakes? Have you wondered why they are so good? Now is your chance to get in the kitchen with Noah's staff and learn how to make the best blueberry pancakes around (and eat them, too)! Recommended for 4 - 6 people.
Do you dream of sailing away on the beautiful 116' yacht WHISPER, often seen in Stonington Harbor? Now is your chance! The winning bidder will enjoy a four-hour afternoon sail for up to 12 guests. The WHISPER crew will be standing by for your every need. Guests will enjoy a luncheon prepared by WHISPER's private chef. This is an opportunity not to be missed! "The sailing yacht WHISPER is a fantastic 116' sloop as designed by Ted Hood and Ted Fontaine and launched in 2003 by Dutch builders Holland Jachtbouw. She also features a splendid Andrew Winch interior design. Together they have produced that most desirable combination of high sailing performance and supreme cruising comfort. Whisper's voluminous delta hull, with a deep centerboard, is driven by a powerful sloop rigged sail plan. She carries Holland Jachtbouw's first retractable rudder-within-a-rudder, to assure shoaldraft cruising, in beautiful shallower bays, as well as controlled offshore power reaching."
